is a Digital New Media production/post-production company with offices in NYC and Weston, CT. Since 1999, we’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to collaborate with amazing clients such as Polo Ralph Lauren, MTV, Spike TV, L’Oreal, The Discovery Channel, PBS, NBC, FOX, Columbia Tri-Star Television, Live Nation, Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Cigna Healthcare, Hallmark Entertainment as well as The New York State Lottery and more, on thought provoking content for broadcast, the web, the big screen, as well as corporate communications and product training films.

Award-winning Executive Producer/Director/Editor Steve Gaskin, guides our clients and some of the industry’s top talent through today’s landscape where creative solutions are a necessity in reaching an audience that’s constantly changing through technology. Prior to founding Chopper Films, Steve was a producer at New York advertising powerhouse DDB NY where he produced commercials and directed long format videos. He then moved on to Columbia Tri-Star Television where he supervised production for the educational PBS series “NY Expeditions”. Steve later directed MTV’s “High School Stories” television series as well as directed a season of the hit television show “It Takes a Thief” on The Discovery Channel, along with many commercials. As an editor, he has edited hundred’s of videos. Because of his unique experience in all disciplines of production, he is able to offer a unique perspective on each project and bring together and manage the best talent for each project.
